Best source for drop spindles.

Now that my truck has a new column and rearend I can start making it alittle better to look at.

Who sells a 2 1/2 or 3 inch drop spindle for the best price? I looked at jegs and summit but they are always pretty high priced. And suggestions of places to look?

Really? I usually find Summit almost impossible to beat. Try Sporttruckdirect.com as well.

I agree summit is hard to beat. You may also check out stylintrucks.com. Sometimes they have pretty good deals and specials going.

Re: Best source for drop spindles.

What about the McGuaghy's? They are $229 shipped on Ebay for either LD and HD for 2 1/2". I don't know about the quality.

Here yah go!

1" rotor: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/73-87...Q5fAccessories

1.25" rotor: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/73-87...Q5fAccessories

Hope this helps. The shipping took a bit...like 9 days, but the price made it worth it. I actually bought the 1.25" spindle and am upgrading to the larger rotor/caliper set up to get a bit better braking. Goes along with the larger '96 rear drum brake assembly on my rearend swap.

Cheers,

Ed
