72 custom special package
I recently bought a 72 2X4 custom with a 350 and 4spd. according to the glove box it came with a special package and the seat has the "houndstooth" cloth. Anyone know what else would have been a part of this package?

That could be the highlander package. A mid-year 1972 marketing scheme to unload mremaining 72's before new 73 model was introduced. The seat should be plaid however.

Sorry about that, didn't see the link. Yes that is my pickup (except mine is dark olive with a white roof). That is it exactly. I was thinking the hub caps were aftermarket, glad to know they are stock. Thanks so much for your help!
