missing

what a day.wash waxed the truck it ran fine pulled it inside went to pull it back out to take pics for you guys,and its missing.feels like a dead plug or 2. going to buy all 8 plugs cap.rotor and wires. maby that will help?

i didnt go and smell it.
but wouldnt that go bad over time
i started it up and it was reving low like 500rpm
sounded like it was missing a plug? but would that just happin after it was running fine 2hours ago

Wash the motor by chance? Spray a little WD-40 in/around the cap and see if that helps.

Are you running, true dual exhaust? If so, slide a dollar bill in front of the end of each pipe while idling and see if one or the other side trys to suck the bill in the pipe. That will be the side with the miss, then check it from there, plugs, wires, ect....

yea its a ture dual exhaust,no x or H in there.ive never hurd of that thanks.i was going to pull each plug one at a time to see if it runs the same.but my dads tool box was locked so i didnt have spark plug pullers

If it's a plug miss and you've got good wires (so your not shocked), while idling, pull the wires from the cap till you find the dead cyclinder.

yea i was going to do that but by the plug with spark plug pullers.
and i gotta change the wires out any ways a few have lil cuts in them.but it ran fine with it like that

its defpossible, rplaced my plugs in the elky very often, once replaced, ranlike new, few weeks later, dead, haha, darn oil soaking

got it fixed today new plugs and wires
it still kinda stumbles at like 700-1000 rpms but i think thats the carb
