Re: the 8-9-09 what did you get done thread

I haven't been around since the start of maybe February. I had totalled my daily driver and had to find a new one....This has put my project on the back burner since then. I have been storing it at my mom's about 2 hours away in East TX. Well I went out there this past weekend. She fired right up and I made a list of things that I must do before I bring her back to the big D! I had upgraded the charging system to a CS 144 (140 Amp) alternator because the 105 amp wasn't cutting it with the cooling fans, blower motor, and A/C. Well that only helped a little bit. I need to replace all the wiring from the alternator to benefit from the bigger alternator. Oh well... I really want to finish the one piece window project that I started in January with out much luck too, but I can do that here I hope! Here are a few pics!

I pulled my doors off my cab. The cab is almost ready to come off the frame so I can give the frame the attention it needs.
