ok 20x10 all the way around
basic mods

front 1/4 spacer and longer studs
rear 1.25 inch spacer (for look only)
machined the center of the front wheel larger(don't really know if that helped)
machied the rotor where the dust cap is (machied down to the race)
turning problems......none
dust cap used......no
if i would have had the rotor machined down and machined thiner, as i seen someone else do no spacer would have been needed
center cap moded..no
spindel type western chassie 2.5
mod the spindal.....no
looked bad ass.....................................................YES

Just so you know--I once had to machine a rotor/hub down to fit a wheel for a Buick. A lot of material had to be removed. It was a pain. I dreaded ever changing the rotors, because I knew I would have to do it again. Well, the day finally came to change it. I went to the parts store and bought a set of rotors. Stock replacement, just like the other ones.
Come to find out, that brand fit in there just fine. I did all that for nothing the first time--because I didn't check around.

Looks really good though.

i work at a auto shop, i tryed 3 just to be sure, machine shop only charged $20

Cool. When I did mine, I couldn't find a machine shop that would even touch them. But I had a close friend that managed the neighborhood Napa. We actually did it on a brake lathe. We flipped the bit over on a drum lathe and went to town. It took about 3 hrs per rotor.

What a PITA!

It's gonna look real good with that fat of a tire on the back.
I don't remember if you've said, but do you plan to change the color?

When you say your not using a "dust cap" are you talking about the grease cap on the rotor?

^^^ What's gonna keep the grease in the rotor when it gets heated up during driving? Won't the grease be "slung" out and the bearing fail?
