Have you checked with Brothers? We have bought some stuff from them and been pleased. If you become a paying member on this site you can post want adds. That might be worth the 25 dollars it cost.

On the transmission...I probably won't be too much help, on my 69 Camaro I am running a Muncie. I have heard that the Tremac is a good one but I don't have any personal experience with them. They are a 5 speed though. Maybe someone will kick in. I always wanted to go with a Doug Nash but could never afford one. Maybe someday when all my kid finally move out...lol.
