Have you heard of Mike Fennel Enterprises? He's mostly a restoration and custom shop but been around a long time. If he won't do it, he might be able to recommend someone in the area.
His address is 25655 Springbrook Ave. in Saugus. 2 phone #'s (818) 367-6151 - (661) 254-5606. I've not used him myself but spoken with him at a show awhile back.
I live down in Whittier and know a few shops in this area but thought you might want someone closer to home.

I'm in Norcal and Winters is about 5000 miles from me. Maybe even 5,000,000 miles. I didn't actually measure it.
