Suspension Swap
My friend has this 69 1/2 ton suspension I want to put under my 67 frame.
Will it work for me?....What issue should I expect?....Or should i just pickup the specific parts? Front bench suspension from a 1969 chevrolet 1/2 ton pickup truck. The spindles and brakes are originally from a 71-72 chevrolet truck and will bolt onto any 67-72 chevrolet truck. lug pattern is 5 x 5". If you are wanting only the suspension parts we can disassemble and send only the parts you want if you can not pick up. any questions please e-mail.

Re: Suspension Swap
No need to swap the entire c.member unless you want it for some reason (it's the same as the one you already have). Just snag the 71-2 brake stuff & the steering parts that's are attached (spindles, rotors, backing plates, hoses, clips, tie-rods, drag-link, & a-arms if your not swapping in fresh BJ's).

Re: Suspension Swap
I second that. Unless yours is out like this one, no need to swap the whole thing.

Re: Suspension Swap
Thanks for the quick response ScotI and Big Green....That's exactly the info I needed....I'll definitely be putting new BJ's in so I won't mess with the a-arms....My frame is bare, just trying to get parts together for when I start building her up!....(I'll probably replace tie rods, hoses, etc too)....
