need info on buying a truck

looked at 2 trucks today both 69s first C10 v8 I think maybe 307 vin starts with CE has manual trans shifter been moved to floor, longbed with wood floor how do I know if floor is factory?
alot of rust cab corners, floor board, rockers, doors above rear wheels and rear inner fenders wells.. dash board gone but does run. guy wants 1500

the other one is a C20 camper special with 350 and 4 speed in floor has tach in dash been wrecked lightly in front needs bumper grill and right fender rust in same spots as other listed the intake and carb has ben changed to eldenbrock and has chrome valve covers the bed a little worse on it
he wants 1500 for it also or 2000 for both

is either worth it
