do you mean the rockers arms on the head,if so then you need to know if they are solid or hyd. lifters

There is no rocker arm torque, you adjust the hydraulic lifters to zero lash and then tighten adjusting nut 1/2 to 3/4 turn max.

Be sure the lifter is on the base circle of the cam, then tighten the rocker nut until the pushrod goes snug while rotating it between your fingers, then tighten another 1/4 to 1/2 turn.

I always heard to run them out till they clack, then tighten them till they stop and another 1/4 turn. This was from my race car budds for their street cars that have hydrollic lifters but i thought that was the best way to do it.
