Spindles Question

my buddy tried my 22s on his truck yesterday and they would not tuck on his, but they tuck on my burb, the only dif is he has spindles and I dont...question is does drop spindles move the tire out any?

The general concensus is they increase track width about .500" vs. OE disc brake spindles. CPP makes a spindle that they claim narrows (or does not increase?) the track width.

I've heard people claim .500" per side. I know I've read it's 3/8" per side on some Western Chassis documentation I had years ago. But, I've never documented before/after dimensions on any installs I've done. . . ....
