Besides some of the other components that other people have mentioned, I think that it may have also included a wiring harness that could be used for a slide in camper, and on some trucks I've seen some kind of a shock absorber type thing that went between the bed and the cab to minimize movement between them (I guess). The trucks I've seen them on were older ones, my buddy's mid 80's model doesn't have it.

It seems like I saw some factory sales literature on some website that went into a little greater detail on what a Camper Special package consisted of.
