the new guys project 68 swb
hey guys im new to the site and i dont want to post the same pictures twice but i wanted to start a thread that showed the progress of the truck as i was going and it would be nice to hear what you guys have to say about the mods i do to it and i am completely open to suggestions if you guys dont think something will work and their is a better alternitive my biggest focus rite now is getting the truck to hook with the new engine most of these pictures are of the suspension and new fuel set up thanks for any imput guys hope you enjoy the pictures.

the first picture is with the old small block i havnt jerked it out yet but it was a good little street motor that made 587 hp on a 75 shot but with kb hypereutectic pistons dont really like nitrous no matter how much you give em ..or how less you give em, had some timing issues (stock hei vacuum advance) weight curve kit and gutted for msd box. but none the less i built a new small block (post pictures soon) and i built a th-400 with a manual valve body reverse pattern with tci transbrake and 3,800 stall with anti balooning plates and the new engine is bigger....beefier, and more nitrous i dont know what the truck will weigh in at but hopefull i will get it around the 3,300 mark...shooting for the stars i know but thanks for any imput guys.

hey guys sorry i dont have any good pictures of the whole truck my shop is is about 300 feet long but only about 15 feet wide lol so its kinda tuff but ill keep posting pictures of it as it comes togeather thanks guys.

LOL! its crazy seeing these pictures i lost pictures while in iraq and to come back and did them up is absolutely crazy! i have to blow this up with updated picks of the truck its NOTHING like this anymore lol...man this brings back good memories though....
