Meh, if you want it done right, you need new brake lines, longer parking brake cables, possibly longer driveshafts (front more-so) and a raised steering arm. Even then you will get bump steer.
On my K5 with flipped rear shackle, I also needed a CV on the rear driveline. I REALLY want to do X-over steering next. Bump steer gets annoying. Some of this might not apply to a '69 but the fundamentals are the same.
