Question '75 Blazer - Lifting body off frame

The message boards have been a great asset to my restoration so far. Thanks to all who have contributed!

Now I'm embarking on new territory (for myself anyway). Separating (hopefully only temporarily) the body from the frame.

I would like advice, pics or tips in order make this work both expeditious and enjoyable. My questions are really around what type of support to put under the body when the chassis is rolled out from under it? I do not have a rotisserie, so I'm looking for ideas for a moveable frame under the body. I'll need to clean and possibly blast the underside and repaint.

Any pics, or references to threads already posted would be great.

Also, regarding the frame preparation and paint, I'm planning on blasting and painting with either Imron or Eurothane with flattener and hardener added. I do not want to paint the classic 'chassis black' but instead am looking for a black with a silver tint to it, or on the light side, gunmetal. Any references, or color codes along these lines would be helpful also.

Thanks, Greg.

Well, when I took my donor's cab off, I just put it on a dolly I built. I will have to lift off the cab and set it on it's back to do the underside, but that shouldn't be too much of a problem with a couple friends. Otherwise, there's really no other way to do it unless you have one of those high $$$$ rotisseries.
