You're exactly right. Wish I had done this before, because I can get the whole fender @ Pull-a-Part for around $38.00 (if I read their website correctly). I just ordered the patch panel for the right side from Key parts so now I just need the left side.

I'm considering taking my battery powered sawzall back out to Pull-A-Part and chopping off the bottom portion of the drivers side fender. So what if I have to pay for the full fender. I don't really want to fool with removing the whole fender and all I need is the bottom piece.

Thanks for the help fellas. Oh...here's a picture from Key Parts website showing what years the fenders fit.
