nope longer the shackle the lower it will make, shorter the shackle the higher it makes

yes but if you want hassle with hangers you could add ones from a 4wd

then why are there 2 sets of holes on it?

and in typical summit fashion there is absolutely no accutal measurements or tech info, probably not even the real item pictured.
