I just locked em in a big vise and pounded them to where I wanted them. Just make sure to clamp the tracks so you won't mess up how the moving parts go together. They are STIFF so you'll need a good vise/bench to do it on. Just try to match up the angles as best you can and tweak em after a test fit to make sure the seat sits level from side to side.
