you'll probably do the ones under the rad support as well. loosin all 6 of the mounts slightly so theres a little give there, then do one side at a time I used a 3' 2x4 on my floor jack to distribute the weight, put the jack under it firmly, then take out the bolts on the side your jacking, jack it alittle more to get out the mounts and put the new ones in, bolt it back up, but not real tight then do the other side, when your done make sure every thing is sitting right before you tightin all the mounts up, on mine I had to put in some thick washers on some to level the cab out cause it was alittle tweeked
