Neutral Safety Switch
Im swapping my 700r4 to a sm465 and working on all the wiring crap. If I totalyl get rid of my neutral safety switch including all the wires and what not my truck will still start right? I know I wont have back up light but thats not an issue because stock backup lights suck and I will be putting some lights on my headache rack on a toggle switch (partially as back up lights and partially for work lights). Any advice is wanted. Thanks

Re: Neutral Safety Switch
SM465's have a reverse light switch on the top cover, connect the Light Green and Dark Blue wires to it. The Neutral safety switch wires should be connected to the clutch switch that way you can't accidentally start it in gear engaged.
