I gotta leak, what will fix it?
Until I figure out where I'm going to put my compressors and tank, I have run the bag lines to push on fitting with schrader valves. one schrader valve per corner.
Anyway one of the lines is leaking where it attaches to the fitting. I swapped the fitting for another, but still leaked. How do I fix this?

Re: I gotta leak, what will fix it?
Only thing that comes to mind on a push on fitting is that the hose is cut at an angle to were its not sitting flush! Cut it strait as you can with a razor! I would not recomend cutting air line hoses with side cutters, they leave a V cut and can cause leaks. Also use a spray bottle with soap and water to check lines, fitting and also the air bags for leakage also!! On the schrader valves! might want to check the valve to see if its seated properly too! Local auto store should have a tool that tighens them also

the hoses push onto the fitting. the fitting screws onto the schrader valve

shaneo hit the nail on the head ... make sure the tubing is cut square ... use a razor blade or if you have a Harbor Freight close by you might consider one of these ... they have them for less than $5.00

Re: I gotta leak, what will fix it?
Do you have Push To Connect fittings or are they barbed fittings? I ask because you say the hoses push onto the fittings instead of into. If it is the latter I would not recommend running the barbed fittings.

Swagelok stuff is nice, but expensive. We use it at work.
Good stuff.
