column differences
i wonder if a 91 suburban column would fit a 82 pick up. my wipers and headlights are on my dash and suburban wipers are on the column. i want it for the tilt. but was wondering if i just plug up the ignition switch and black harness to the truck one . and everything would be functional.. thanks in advance

Re: column differences
If I were you, I'd try finding a tilt column from '83-prior. In '84 is when the dimmer switch and wiper controls moved to the column. I'm not sure, but you may be able to plug it in and use it, but I would find the correct column for you '82.
