Re: upgrade master.

I used a 76 manual disc brake master on mine. Had to shorten the rod a bit though. It bolted right on no problem.

Re: upgrade master.

I used cpp booster and master cylender and proportioning valve with C20 rear wheel cylenders and 84 C10 front disk. All on a C20.

Re: upgrade master.

Are you looking for manual brakes or power brakes?

Re: upgrade master.

manual brakes. All my brakes work good. I dont feel the need to swap to disc (c20=more work) and im fine with manual brakes. I dont drive the old girl much, and when i do, I like knowing that im driving a truck.

I just want the added piece of mind with a dual circuit master.

Re: upgrade master.

I used the 'Corvette' style ms/cyl for my truck. I am running disc, however. ChiefRocka has the correct ms/cyl in his thread, I believe.

Re: upgrade master.

You could use a manual master cylinder from most any '67 to about '76 truck. However you will possibly need to modify the pushrod to fit the '65. The '67-'72's would probably be the closest match
