Hello ALL!
1976 Chevy G30 350, 4BBL, 400 Tranny, 4.10 Dually rear end, Bendix Hydro-Booster, JB8 Brake system. Here is what I got. New Frt Rotors (New Bearings & Seals/Packed & installed) New Calipers New Pads New Master Cylinder (Bench Bled) New Brake lines New Hydrobooster New Power Steering Pump What order do I install them? When do I bleed the brakes line? When do I flush the hydrobooster? When do I bleed the hydrobooster? When do I bleed the power steering pump? While unistalling these parts I didnt mark which three hoses come from the power steering pump go to where.(OUCH! Bad Dog!) Any pictures or diagrams of where they go? Im ready to install all of these but its raining in Ga, so I would like to get a mental direction of things to first. ANY! advise is welcome... Thank you Tony |

Re: G30 Hydroboost,Brake install Help Needed.Plese
Put everything back on hydro boost, master, brake lines, pads, and calipers
Put the lines back on fill the resivor and start the van. Leave the cap off or the power steering pump, bleed the brakes with the engine running. While doing so move the wheel back and forth, this will get all of the air out of the hydro-boost and the power steering. Make sure you start on the passengers side rear wheel then drivers side rear followed by the passengers side front then the drivers side front. There is a dio of the hydro-boost lines in this thread http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=393108
