The body work on this 55 convert was done by a shop that I use for body work. These guys are really good.

We also toured Steves Auto Restoration. Wow! What a cool place, Full of craftsmen. I would say they had around 10 or so employees and easily that many and more projects in various levels of completion there. They make production fenders for 32-34 fords. and they make several models of these years cars. Here are some pics of that.

Here are some pics of a car that they make in a kit form. The stretched car is a hand made car that will be competing for the Ridler award. This car is a hand made, one of two, and is aluminum. Of the two, it is the only aluminum bodied car. The aluminum body car is still being worked on, as seen in the photo's, The painted version is a steel fenderless version.

A few more. If you notice, the grille surround, and the headlight trim pieces are custom made and fit before they are chromed.
