86 Blazer back window stuck up

So, I leave for my deployment for 8 months, and everything is fine. I come back and now my passenger side window, and back window both wont roll down. They are both electric.
I know its not the switch for the pass. window, becuase the driver side contol, and the pass. side control both dont work..

Also, the back window makes a single click when I press the switch up or down, or try it with the key from the rear.

I doubt there is a fuse, becuase the drivers side works fine.

Any idea where to start?
