67 only small window?

Last night my wife and I were watching True Blood on HBO and they did a quick walk-by of a baby blue stepper. You could only see the top portion of the truck, like from the hood up. I saw the sloped hood and told my wife its a 67 or 68. then they had another quick shot of it and it had a big window. So then I told her yep its a 68. Then I got to thinking. I know that 67 was the only year you could get the small window, but was it the only thing the 67's were offered in? Is there such a thing as a big window 67? I know that the 67's also didn't have the side markers and different grille but you couldn't see that low on the side, and you couldn't see the grille either.

Re: 67 only small window?

well i think it was a half year thing the first half you could have a choice of a small window and a big window then the last half of the year you could only get a big window because a lot of farmers liked to have a big window so they could see when they went in reverse and also too many crashes i guess then in 68 marker lights were mandatory yet again too many crashes

Thanks guys, I thought that I had read that you could get them with the big window. Guess I'll never know if it was a 67 or 68 lol.

Re: 67 only small window?

Well mystery solved. I was watching another episode of the show and there was a better shot of the truck, and there are side markers so I guess it's a 68. On a side note I guess this is the same truck that is in another thread right now about america's most haunted c-10.
