side markers

hello all,
say, i have a 71 GMC and want to put on Chevy Cheyanne side markers. is this just an easy swap? the chevy side markers look a lot better than the plain ones i have on my truck.

I am in the middle of doing this I already test fit them and can't wait to get it painted to put them on. Actually one of the highlight for me.
