That was up for sale a year ago. Surprised it didn't go.
No factory 3/4 that I am aware of, although some did come with heavy leaf front suspension for plows etc. |

That's correct. This guy might have bought it used that way and THOUGHT it was factory, but somewhere years ago it has been converted to 8 lug axles.
