NP205 issues
Alright so I have an NP205, i twin sticked it using the shifter kit from JKW offroad and the shift rails from offroad design. The right shifter (front) moves and shifts freely, whereas the left shifter (rear) is super hard to move even when the front is in neutral and it's really hard to even figure out what gear it's in. Would this be an issue with the shift rail, or the shift fork and internal stuff? How do i even check to see what it is? The transfer case is out of the truck right now and i'm not afraid to take stuff apart. I'm just not sure where to start. I had a local shop rebuild the transfer case before i installed the twin stick shifters.

Re: NP205 issues
I would guess the fork is not positioned properly or maybe bent. Take the covers off and take a look in there. They are way more simple inside than you would think it should be. Open it up and shift back and forth and see if you can see whats going on.
