Power steering and Hydroboost dont work

when i drove the truck to the garage
it had no powersteering or brake booster you had to push very very hard to get the brakes to work and my face was blue

i havent driven the truck yet still have a few parts to put on before i can test drive it

is there a typical thing that fail`?
i have a feeling that it might be the powersteering pump thats might be able to make enough pressure it had fluid in it when i dismatled the truck

i have the model with remove oil container

Re: Power steering and Hydroboost dont work

If the P.S pump has failed the brakes wont work either. Likely just the pump itself.

yes with hydroboost brakes the ps pump drivees the hydroboost unit itself, if you replace get a good quality one.

Fluid? A low level makes things difficult. Check the simple things first. Jay
