You should get the truck realigned. When working on new kits I like to start with 5 different trucks, align them before and after. I compare the adjustments required before making the final part. What I correct for is the deviation I see from Chevrolet, Ford, etc. They do not build the trucks that well in the first place. So yes, get it aligned when your done.
