low hump or high hump???????
Does anyone have pic's of a low hump? or high hump ? I was ordering a new carpet for my 68 c-10 2 wheel drive and I am not sure witch on it is ? It has a turbo 400 trans but i can't tell can anyone help??? thanks tony

A two wheel drive with auto trans should be a low hump. High humps were for manual trans w/floor shift, and 4x4 models.

While a low hump is part of the floor board.
I still have not been able to figure why my SWB GMC has a high hum. (it is original too) The truck had a 305 V-6 and a TH400....2 wheel drive. This low hump cab shot only shows a little bit of it, but enough that you should get the idea. |

Hey, thanks alot thats just what i needed a pic really is a thousand words ! It is a low hump, but the carpet guy got me a little confused when he said a turbo 400 is a high hump, Hope they know more about making carpets than they do about chevy trucks!!!! thanks

Maybe V6 with turbo 400 came with High hump.. could be a trivia question yet. Anyone else have a similar combination. PM me an answer I read to many posts.

Nope, that was what i thought for a while too. But Chevyfatman just bought a 69 GMC longhorn (Custom Camper) witha 305 V-6 and a TH400...and it has a low hump.
