HEy yall names john just dropin in to say hi i have 2 1987 trucks both are 2wd one is a custom deluxe use to be a tbi v6 now its a tbi v8 from an 89 gmc suburban i also have a Gmc Sierra swb with a tbi305 and 700r4 Soon to be a tbi big block 454 from a 3/4 ton 87 gmc suburban building for a daily driver horsepower around 260-275 torque probably 400 after intake and headers as of right now truck is drivin semi daily defintely an improvement over the 170 or so horse power the 305 has lol well if u have any questions wanna know more about me please feel free to ask i love these trucks these are my 4th and 5th ones 73-87 rock

Heres both my 87s the Tan and brown one is a daily driver Tbi350 700r4 308 gears 2wd swb old Duke power truck was Rescued from a local salvage yard had a blown v6 in it so i had parts and well here she goes

The red one is my babyits an 87 GMC out of all the 87s i have seen this trucks undercarriage is the cleanest the bodysin great shape nothin fancy no power windows or locks manual windows no cruise but does have ac Tbi305 and 700r4 as of right now

the 1987 Gmc suburban is the donor its a 3\4 ton 2wd i bought it just for the 454

The 87 GMC suburban will probably get parted out after i pull the motor ill probably go thru and get all the parts i know i can use or sale first

Well Thanks tony For the compliments the GMC the red one is the nicest for the year thats for sure suburban has rust but i only bought it for the motor The tan and brown is not in that great shape believe me its come along way from where it was its got the normal rust issues Cab corners and rockers are rusted but i havent paid much attention it runs and drives great drive it everyday its a true work horse
