Frame Identification.
I have a spare cab and chasis (1/2 ton swb) with a title that I was planning to use for mud truck build. A guy called last night wanting to buy the frame but wanted the title because he needed to be able to turn it in for varification that he owned the frame. I told him I wanted the title for the cab. Is there any identifaction on the frame showing what truck it actually belongs too. I can't say that I have ever notice a vin or s/n on a square frame before.
Anybody?

Ive always kept the vin with the cab

on top of the passenger side frame rail just past the tranny crossmember towards the rear
there are 2 VIN numbers pressent on my Frame
