suspension
I've got a suspension question, i bought a 1970 truck with drop spindles and springs up front an 4 in drop shackles an 2 inch drop springs in the rear. Im looking to put the rear end on my 1985 c-10 and the front end an wondering if it gonna work and if its a sort of bolt-in thing thanks for any input.

Re: suspension
The front suspension will work, but you will need to use the 70's ball joints. The coil springs should do just fine.
They don't make a 4" drop shackle. You might have a 2" shackle and a 2" spring hanger, but not a 4" shackle. Regardless that should go under your 85 as well. The 70 rear axle will have a 6 lug pattern, where the 85 is 5 lug. There was a narrower rear axle as well, but I "think" that ended in 69.
