May need parts, how much?

I have been looking at this 1979 Chevy Crew Cab that is just outside of my hometown. Its pretty much totally rusted out, at least the bed, its one of those fancy new see-through ones. LOL I was wondering if anyone knew where to get body parts for this specific model and/or how much they would cost me. I want to take that into consideration before I decide whether or not to buy it. It would probably need an entire new bed. How much for that? It has a 350 w/auto tranny, both of which were rebuilt 80K ago. He wants $500.
