Hi All,

I'm new here and just starting on my full frame off restoration. It started with a 71 C10 Short Bed Step Side, but have recently bought a 67 small window cab because my cab was in rough shape. Will be putting in a 283 with a 3 speed on the floor. I'm going to be starting the sandblasting of the frame this weekend. Any suggestions on the best way to go about blasting and what materials to use on the frame afterwards would be greatly appreciated. I'm thinking an epoxy primer, featherfill to smooth it out and fill in any pits, and a hardened enamel for the final coat. I hope to learn a lot from the forum as this is my first restoration project. Pictures of what I'm starting out with and of my progress will be coming shortly. Thanks for any information.
