carb issues

my 250 ran poor with the monojet. i took the "B" from my 292 and put on and it fixed it. The 292 now has the monojet and it runs fine with it. Seems odd to me that the mono would work on one and not the other. The "B" was fine on both.

That's consistent with my experience with these two carbs. The Monojet can be rather finicky sometimes, while the B is much more forgiving. However, for some reason I don't fully understand, the Monojet is considered to be the "better" carb. One possibility might be that it isn't as prone to leaks as the B.
