Flint, Michigan

Were all 67-72 Suburbans made in Flint? GMC's and Chevy's same factory?

Re: Flint, Michigan

I like it...true California vehicles.

It's funny because mine was from California for first 34+ years of it's life...but manufactured in Michigan.

Re: Flint, Michigan

I have:
'68 C/10 Stepside -- Fremont.
'67 K/10 Suburban -- Fremont.
'71 GMC Jimmy 4x4 - St. Louis.
'72 K/5 tub/project - Flint.
Of course, only the pickup is running now. The Jimmy needs a new rear axle, but is licensed. The Sub needs a major overhaul, and the K/5 is a dream revolving around a bunch of loose parts.
