Re: Interesting Find

Nice find! I've always liked the way that classic wreckers looked - thought that I would post the pics and the body of the add here for posterity.

Located in Dallas Texas

Engine: 350
Trans: 4-Speed W/Granny low
Bed: Holmes 402-C
Options: Power Steering and Power Brakes

This wrecker is in good condition. It has been stored indoors for the last 10 years and is capable of hauling cars as is.
Needs a battery. It is started weekly and has had a recent valve job. Call 214 325-8021.

Re: Interesting Find

Sweet rig! A body shop I worked at when I was a kid bought a gold one set up like that. I think Tommy bought it for 800 bucks back then and it was in great shape. Love to have that thing back now.

I think this is the one you are talking about:

It isn't near as clean as the 65.
