I bought this q jet from my '69 years ago, but never had it rebuilt. it still has all the proper linkages. this carb is very clean inside and out.
here's the numbers: 7029223 IY 0579 702= 1960's 9=1969 2=4 bbl 2=Chevrolet 3=Manual transmission IY=Production code 057=57th day of year or February 26th 9=1969 this would be a must for the proper resto. what do you guys think it's worth?? ![]() ![]()

I would guess between $25.00 and $40.00? I just paid $40.00 @ a JY for same thing.
For some reason Quadrajets don't really bring in the big bucks...which in my opinion is crazy...These carbs are really a great carb. Alan |
