83 brake booster?
anyone got a picture of a 80's (using a 83) brake booster installed in 67 C10? I am curious to see how you mounted and put the pro. valve at in your truck. Thanks Brandon

Re: 83 brake booster?
I think the booster will bolt on with just a few holes drilled into the stock bracket.
I did this swap about 15 years ago on a 69 suburban I had. I used the stock "distribution block" bracket to hang the 73-87 prop valve under the master cylinder. The 73-87 prop valves have two front brake line ports. (instead of one, on the 67-72 version) But you can always plug that extra port. If it were me,... I like using an aftermarket Prop. valve and M/C. I like this combo unit from POL (www.PerformanceOnLine.com) Both the M/C and Prop. valve are aluminum and don't require paint or won't rust later on. They will stay looking good for a long time!
