I can almost guarantee that this would be unique and you won't find any info, however hit up the s-10 sites. Most likely the will have "3-link" or such as custom set-ups. It's just a matter of fabbing a crossmember though, if you have it all in front of you just scratch your head awhile, break out the cut-off wheel, grinder and welder and it's done.
