Josh: Hows the new board coming?
When it's up we should think about separating the "For Sale" section be region or state. Just a thought.

I like the idea of more separate boards but unless everyone will look at them all, it seems everything just stays in the hot board - the message board - and the rest don't get used or viewed much.

The administrator (Josh or someone else) needs to enforce that a little stronger. Yes, everyone does seem to stay on the message board, but if their messages continually get moved then people will catch on. I'm just as guilty as anyone.

If a person has limited time for the internet, like myself, wouldn't more boards just take away from the one "main" one? I get to check out the other boards on here, maybe once a week. I look at this one everyday if I can. Just a thought...

I kind of like it all together too. I have found several things that I wasn't looking for but they were good deals. If I wasn't in necessarily in the market for parts in a certain category, I wouldn't have noticed them.

I think that if the 67-72 message board was used for what it is supposed to be used for, it wouldn't move quite as fast as it does now and would be a little easier to keep up with. I, like many others, use it for things other than what it's meant for.
If we would keep the parts posts in "parts" and the general stuff or off topic stuff in "general discussion",etc., etc., things would work much more smoothly. Although, a "trucks for sale" section might not be a bad idea. Just my $.02 [This message has been edited by 1972c10_ohio (edited March 27, 2002).]

there should be an easier way to follow specific threads, like email notification even if you didn't start the thread
