I used some 4" aluminum tubing and hard rubber connections from here...
I haven't completed mine as of right now, been playing with some old heater ideas though.

Running filter right off the TB. seems to work pretty well....
On the cars we have done there is about a 10+ RWHP to be had removing the 'elbows' in SD mode (without MAF).
