OK; when you say "cleaner", what exactly do your plugs look like? What are you trying to keep off of them? As far as oil loss goes, I can tell you that my system has helped with a rear oil pan leak that I previously removed the engine to fix and still couldn't fix completely.
If you trying to keep cold plugs from carbon-fouling with one of these setups, then this isn't going to do anything for you.

My engine is set up to handle up to a 400 shot. It has childs & albert rings, and my engine is burning some oil, but you can't see it. It's leaking a little bit around the valve covers. The plugs always have some oil around the threads and i was told if i had an evac. it would help the rings seal better..

Its going to relieve some of the crankcase pressure so you can figure that first time I cranked mine under the hood the dipstick hit me in the belly at 11 to1,I have the mrro system and they are cut in right behind the tubes to collector,I would like to know how it works on exhaust if you put it on.I hope you get it and it works!

I don't know how much an evac system will actually help with ring seal, but if this is what you trying to accomplish, I'd probably be looking at a vacuum pump. I know that a functioning evac setup is better than breathers in the valve covers, but I'm not sure how much good 5 or so inches of vacuum really is in helping with ring seal. If you're using light tension oil rings, then I suppose you might see some benefit with the evac and oil usage. But, if you're using std. tension oil rings, then I don't think you'll see much difference.
You should see some improvement with the oil leaks if the system is working correctly.
Off the subject, how much gain have you seen with the 400 shot? Or have you used this much through it?

I haven't used any nitrous yet. I'm only going to use 100 shot or so, i want the engine to last me a while....
