What I found to work best in my app(sb on I6 stands), was to use all of the sb V8 linkage, & use a screw in pivot ball in the foward hole on the block(pivot ball for 73-up trucks will work), then set the Z bar perpendicular to the block & drill the holes for the frame bracket. This works with stock manifolds, or I also ran a 69090 hedman header with no issues. best of fun, crazyAl
