Thanks Bozo
It was nice to meet you and visit with you and see some of your truck project. Thanks agian for the GMC hood I think it will be awesome after I prime it and block it out. Also, have you ever seen the 70 gmc in the barn just to the town side of the hiway 7 auto salvage? Caught my eye did not know about it , may be worth checking into. If any of you guys get a chance to meet Bozo or buy some parts from him I am sure you will enjoy it and get some good parts too. Jim

Re: Thanks Bozo
Yeh Bozo, what he said. Hey, did you ever get to use those Auxiliary tanks? On the White GMC in the barn on Hwy 7. Its not for sale. Been told too many times. It belongs to his Uncle who gave it to him. Uncle lives next door, the bulldozer, backhoe, concrete yard ornimant guy. Anyways, he says he eventually plans to restore it. They even closed the barn door on it after I asked one too many times. LOL. I did get to look at it though. The aunt made the mistake of letting me. It looks like it had a 5th wheel or ball hitch in the bed. Little rough but workable. I bought my 68 C20 soon after looking. Bozo, PM me. I have a brand new 69-72 guage bezel they sent me by mistake for my 68. Companies out of business now. Maybe can do some trading for something I might need.. Jim

Re: Thanks Bozo
There was also a 67 red longbed chevy right across the street from Hwy 7 auto salvage, did you see it. Little dealer there. And a 68 SWB step little further down the road at a dealer there.

Re: Thanks Bozo
Saw all of them .There are a lot of those trucks out that way. I go to Booneville from your neck of the woods and they are almost plentiful up there. Love riding up that way just looking at the yard and pasture art. Jim

I would be interested in your dash, but after my administrated reprimand (see above) I am not about to mention any business concerning parts until I can scrape up the money to become a bonified member instead of a registered user. Concerning the auxilary tanks, I was unable to use the tanks on my short bed because they were too long, but my son is in the process of putting them on his camo painted 68 Chevy C20. I greatly appreciate you giving them to me. Strange thing, one of the tanks(the right side one) exactly matched a fuel tank I had previously removed from a derilect self contained camper. The really nice trucks for sale just down the road are being sold by a man who restores older rides. He is in business to make money (hey aren't we all)so the prices reflect his work. Way out of my price range but they are nice to admire. HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL

Re: Thanks Bozo
Yeh, I stopped at Boleys to look at the black step side. I liked wandering around inside, they have nicer stuff they're working on in there.
