Nope. Their NOS. And it is for left and right...i've seen them go at that price before.

A member on here sent me a Craigslist link today and I was able to pick up an amazing left fender for 30 bucks. It's very nice.
I've got a cowl hood and new tri-plus passenger fender ordered for delivery to the swap meet in January from Kennys Trucks.
